Summary

Avast’s anti-virus software is very good. We were pleased with our rating. Its Premier plan features extensive malware protections that protect against infected or malicious files and email. It includes other cybersecurity protections such as a webcam protector that stops prying eyes hijacking your webcam.

Avast Ultimate Security offers a wide range of protections. Avast Ultimate Security does not include a VPN or anti-tracking. This is because it sells lower-priced antivirus software packages. A mix of products may be required to create a cost-effective Avast cybersecurity solution.
