While you can disable/enable some functions with many VPNs, I don’t know any that offer as much control and flexibility as CyberGhost’s smart rules.

NoSpyServers

CyberGhost’s NoSpy services offer more speed and security than CyberGhost’s normal server.

CyberGhost claims NoSpy Servers are made with premium hardware and include a dedicated link. This makes them much more responsive than other servers.

CyberGhost VPN headquarters located in Romania houses NoSpy. CyberGhost staff administers them. This makes them more vulnerable to hackers than remote servers.

CyberGhost VPN noSpy services provide extra security and speed.

Overall CyberGhost VPN’s NoSpyServers are a nice addition to yearly payment programs.

My ID Security

CyberGhost My ID Guard informs you if any of your passwords or emails have been leaked onto the dark web. CyberGhost offers dark Web monitoring and I appreciate it, but there’s better options for protecting your passwords online. Dashlane provides a password security dashboard with live dark-web monitoring, which allows Dashlane agents to monitor dark web in realtime. There are many other features available to protect your passwords online.

MyID Guard may be a good option if you don’t need a password management program or are comfortable monitoring the dark-web. It will enable you to check if passwords and emails have been compromised.

Content Blocker

CyberGhost VPN Content Blocker blocks malicious and phishing websites.

CyberGhost alerted my computer about potentially hazardous websites that Chrome hadn’t detected as dangerous. It won’t block you from downloading malicious software to your computer. That is why I recommend McAfee Total Security or Norton 360.

CyberGhost VPN’s Ad Blocker does not block ads as well ProtonVPNNetShield did. However, it still detected phishing websites.

By me, speed tests were done on CyberGhost VPN Servers. All of them had fast speeds for streaming and gaming as well as general browsing.
